Leak repair only, starting in the valley
We repair roof leaks on houses and townhomes across Spring: Old Town Spring, Gleannloch Farms, Augusta Pines, Legends Ranch and the streets between them. Finding the leak is the job; we do not sell a new roof on the back of a wet ceiling.
Most Spring streets sit under tall pines, and the straw they drop collects where two roof planes meet. So every call starts by clearing and checking the valleys, then walking the attic under the stain, because the water often travels a room or more before it shows.
When the leak is not the roof at all — an AC drain line in the attic, a gap in the siding above a roof line — we say so, and the quote says so too.
- No price given at the door or from the driveway
- Valleys cleared and checked on every call
- No permanent repair attempted on a wet roof
- Told plainly when patching again is the worse buy

Four steps, no surprises
Valleys cleared and checked first, the attic walked under the stain, then a written quote before any work.
Call and tell us when it drips
During every rain, only in a hard storm, or hours after it stops: each points at a different detail, and most leaks are narrowed down on the phone before anyone drives over.
Valleys and attic, together
The valleys are cleared of straw and looked at first, then the attic is walked under the same spot, so the path of the water is traced rather than guessed.
Written quote, failed detail named
The valley, the boot, the wall flashing — named, photographed and priced in writing before any work.
Repair, then the photographs
The repair done on a dry roof, the valley left clear, and the before and after set is yours to keep whatever you decide next.
Four things worth checking on any leak quote
Including ours. Texas issues no roofing license, so the quote itself is the best evidence you get of how a roofer works.
Does it name the detail
'Repair roof' is not a scope. 'Clear and rebuild the front valley, replace two pipe boots' is, and it can be checked when it is done.
Was the attic looked at
A quote written from the yard is a guess at which part of the roof to charge for. The water's path is in the attic.
Is the valley rebuilt or sealed
Sealant over a valley that has carried wet straw for years is a patch, priced like one and lasting like one.
What can they show you
With no state license to check, ask how long they have worked in Spring, for addresses nearby, and for photos of the repair.
